Preventative and Medical Care Appointments:
Our appointment system is computerized, which allows us to efficiently schedule appointments. Our receptionist team will do their best to accommodate all appointment requests. Most emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open, but in some cases, it might be best for your pet to be taken directly to an Emergency Hospital, such as Blue Pearl in Oak Creek or WVRC in Sommers. Please call before your arrival to allow a staff member to advise you on the best protocol for your pet, based on the situation.
Emergency and Urgent Care Appointments:
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle most urgent care for our patients. An emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together. If you feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call us immediately so a team member can advise you on your pet's particular emergency.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. Our staff will schedule an appointment for you and your pet as soon as possible. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate for waiting time, in the event we are working you in between regularly scheduled appointments.
Hospitalization, Surgeries and Dental Procedures:
In the event our patients need to be hospitalized, our staff is trained to monitor ill or injured patients during their stay with us. Our Veterinarians perform a wide variety of surgeries and dental procedures. We are glad to provide an estimate for these procedures during your pet's appointment . For most routine surgeries, such as spaying and neutering, we can provide an estimate over the phone.

The majority of our patients are dogs and cats but on occasion, we can accommodate other species, such as rabbits and pocket pets.
